Matarts Refund Policy

We want you to train with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, hand wraps and inner gloves are non-returnable once opened.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Filled punching bags (once used)
• Items marked as final sale
• Opened hand wraps or inner gloves

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
